Processing Times
Because each order is designed, printed and sewn after your order is placed, processing times are typically 2-3 business days
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Where We Ship
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States.
Delivery Time
We partner with major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.
Typical delivery: 5–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat item rate of $10.50. Each additional item that is shipped with the first item to the same address is an additional $6.50. All items need to be on the same order to have combined shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
