Return & Replacement Policy

Because our blankets are custom made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, personalization details provided by the customer, or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to help.

  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Please email monique@theblanketloft.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is required for a confirmed defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable

Order Errors

If we make an error with your order (such as incorrect personalization or production error), please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled
