Due to the custom nature of our personalized blankets, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your personalized blanket arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders for personalized blankets can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee order cancellation as the personalization process may have already begun.
